1Built with AI

Every engineer works AI-assisted with Claude Code, Codex and Grok, from the first prototype to the final test.

2Reviewed by people

AI writes first drafts and checks; a senior engineer reviews every change before it reaches your repo.

3Shipped faster

Less time on boilerplate, more on the hard parts of your product. You see it in the Friday Loud Report.

Proof, not promises.

Other agencies ask you to trust them. We put the price, the process and the progress where you can check them.

Our rates, in public.

Most agencies hide them. Here is every role and seniority, for about 160 hours a month, before you ever talk to us.

Not working? Don't pay.

If the first 2 weeks of a new engagement aren't working for you, you don't pay for them. New engagements only, once per client.

Start with one. Grow a team.

When you want us to own the outcome, the people who already know your codebase take it end to end.

Asked out loud

Straight answers on time, money, people and IP.

How fast can someone start?

Usually within 5 working days. For the stacks we cover in-house, a senior engineer can start while we match your long-term hire; you interview the final shortlist.

Are the rates on the site really what I pay?

Yes. The card shows the starting monthly price for ~160 hours of work, and your quote follows the same card. Overtime, when you need it, is billed at 1.5× the normal rate.

Are these freelancers?

No. Engineers work under developer-led supervision with daily check-ins, project tracking and a project manager, and you get a Loud Report every Friday.

Which time zones do you work in?

Yours. Engineers work your hours, whether you're in the US, Europe, the Middle East or Asia, and join your standups live.

How can senior engineers cost this little?

Lower cost of living, not lower calibre. Our engineers work from our own office under senior supervision, use AI-assisted tooling, and we keep overheads lean. You pay for the work, not a sales team.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do, from the first commit. We sign a mutual NDA before you share any details, every contract assigns all code and IP to you, and each engineer signs their own NDA. Code lives in your repositories and tools, and when an engagement ends we hand back every access and credential.
